The Planning Commission (PC) performs the area-wide functions of planning, platting and zoning. They also serve as the Board of Adjustment for variances. The PC reviews and recommends updates to the Assembly of the CBJ Code and Comprehensive Plan.

    The Planning Commission meetings are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7pm in City Hall Assembly Chambers and via Zoom Webinar unless otherwise noticed.
